Doctorate Conferred at Madurai Kamaraj University
I am deeply honoured to have received my Doctorate Degree from the Hon’ble Governor of Tamil Nadu during the 52nd Annual Convocation of Madurai Kamaraj University, held on 11 February 2019. This moment stands as one of the most memorable and meaningful milestones in my academic and professional journey.
My doctoral research, titled “Developing Frameworks and Methodologies for Knowledge Management Projects in Information Technology Industries in India,” explored the strategic integration of knowledge management practices within India’s evolving IT sector. The study aimed to establish practical frameworks and methodologies that enhance knowledge sharing, organizational learning, and innovation in technology-driven environments.

Earning this degree was not merely the culmination of years of research—it was a journey of learning, perseverance, and discovery. I remain deeply grateful to my mentors, colleagues, and everyone who supported me throughout this academic pursuit.
This achievement continues to inspire me to contribute meaningfully to the fields of Knowledge Management, Information Science, and Technology-Driven Research, fostering collaboration between academia and industry for a more knowledge-centric future.
